Fund objective
Objective and Policy The objective is to seek to provide a greater potential for long-term growth achieved through investment in a range of funds which invest in various asset classes, weighted towards equities. The policy is to invest in collective investment funds and multimanager funds managed by a range of fund managers including, but not limited to, Lloyds Investment Fund Managers Limited and other subsidiaries of Lloyds Banking Group plc. These funds, in turn, invest in a number of asset classes. These could include, but are not limited to equities, properties and cash. This Fund may be suitable for you if you are willing to risk a loss to your capital and are looking for a medium to long term investment. The Fund can be terminated without the agreement of shareholders, if the value of the Fund is less than £5,000,000 or currency equivalent for a period of four consecutive weeks. Shareholders will be given at least three weeks' written notice of any such action.
