OBJECTIVE The BNY Mellon Asian Income Fund ("the Fund") is a UCITS Feeder Fund to the Newton Asian Income Fund ("the Master Fund"), part of BNY Mellon Investment Funds. The Fund's objective is to invest directly in the Master Fund. The Master Fund's objective is to achieve income together with long-term capital growth predominantly through investments in securities in the Asia Pacific ex. Japan (including Australia andNew Zealand) region. POLICY The Fund will: invest close to 100% in the Master Fund with any balance held in cash. The Master Fund will: invest in the Asia Pacific region, excluding Japan; invest in company shares and similar investments; invest in both developed and emerging Asia Pacific countries; and limit investment in other collective investment schemes to 10%. The Fund may: hold up to 15% in cash for liquidity management purposes; The Master Fund may: use derivatives (financial instruments whose value is derived from other assets) with the aim of risk or cost reduction or to generate additional capital or income. The investment returns of the Fund may differ from the Master Fund because the Fund may hold cash for liquidity management purposes and has a different fee structure and costs. Treatment of income: income from investments will be paid quarterly on or before the 5th business day of March, June, September and December. Dealing: you can buy and sell your shares in the Fund between 9:00 and 17:00 (Irish time) on each working day in Ireland. Instructions received before 10:00 will receive the price quoted on that day. The minimum initial investment for this share class is USD 15,000,000.

Name Alex Khosla

Bio Alex Khosla is a portfolio manager for Newton’s emerging markets and Asia equities strategies. Alex joined Newton in 2022 to help manage global emerging markets and Asia portfolios, prior to this he worked at Aikya Investment Management, where he was a research analyst covering global emerging markets. Before that, he was at Stewart Investors and at AXA Framlington, where he supported them in managing the firm’s global emerging markets funds. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank. Alex has a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and is a CFA charterholder. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family.

Bio Zoe is a portfolio manager on the Emerging Markets and Asia Equities team. Zoe joined Newton in 2000 as a dedicated Asia Pacific ex-Japan specialist. Having managed unconstrained Asian equity portfolios, she became lead manager on the Asian Equity Income Funds in 2016. She is also a lead manager on the Emerging Income Fund. Zoe holds a degree in German and Economics, and is a CFA charterholder. Outside of work, Zoe enjoys music and spending time with her young family.
