Convergence Technology Fund

The Sub-Fund's investment objective is to achieve over the medium to longterm capital appreciation by investing in equity securities of US and non US companies that are expected to benefit from the development, advancement and use of technology with a focus to artificial intelligence, automation, robotics, machine learning, algorithm, bionics, healthcare, genomics, biotech, healthcare innovation, cybersecurity, internet of things, virtual reality, innovation, 3D printing and other technology related companies. In addition, and in limited circumstances, the Sub-Fund may invest in equity and equity related securities of companies located in emerging countries which are listed on recognised stock exchanges of developed countries.
