Bio Anil Katarya is co-head of investment grade credit and senior portfolio manager at Voya Investment Management. Previously, Anil was the head of credit portfolio management and also served as a portfolio manager and credit analyst on the investment grade team since joining Voya in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, Anil was a financial analyst for Mirant Inc. He received a BS in mechanical engineering from Kurukshetra University, India, and an MBA from Georgia State University. Anil holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Name Travis King

Bio Travis King is co-head of investment grade credit at Voya Investment Management. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior fixed income analyst with Reams Asset Management. Travis received a BBA from James Madison University and an MBA from Memorial University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Fund objective

Long-term capital growth and income by investing in investment grade rated corporate Debt Securities of US Bond Markets denominated in USD in accordance with E/S characteristics. Sub-Fund assets are invested in accordance with E/S characteristics. Min. 80% of Sub-Fund assets are invested in bonds with investment grade rating. Min. 70% of Sub-Fund assets are invested in corporate bonds which are traded on the US Bond Markets and which are denominated in USD. Max. 20% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in US government Debt Securities (US treasury securities). Max. 20% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in ABS and/or MBS with a good credit rating. Max. 10% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in High Yield Bonds (which at the time of acquisition have a rating between BB+ and B-) bearing a typically higher risk and higher potential of gains. Max. 10% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in Emerging Markets. Max. 10% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in UCITS and/or UCI. Max. 10% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in contingent convertible bonds. Max. 10% of Sub- Fund assets may be invested in the PRC bond market. Max. 100% Sub-Fund assets may be held in time deposits and/or (up to 20% of Sub-Fund assets) may be invested in deposits at sight and/or may be invested directly in Money Market Instruments and/or (up to 10% of Sub-Fund assets) in money market funds on a temporary basis for liquidity management and/or defensive purposes. The Duration of Sub-Fund should be maintained in a maximum range of 2 years from the Duration of Sub-Fund's benchmark. The Sub-Fund promotes environmental and social characteristics (E/S characteristics) with simultaneous application of certain minimum exclusion criteria for direct investments. Sub-Fund’s pre-contractual template describes all relevant information about the E/S characteristics’ scope, details, and requirements and applied exclusion criteria. Min. 80% of Sub-Fund’s portfolio shall be evaluated by the “Weighted Average Greenhouse Gas Intensity" (GHG Intensity) which is the weighted average of Sub-Fund’s portfolio GHG intensity (in tCO2e per Millions of sales). Portfolio in this respect does not comprise derivatives and instruments that are nonevaluated by nature (e.g., cash and Deposits). GHG Intensity will be addressed by the Investment Manager that ensures that Sub- Fund’s GHG intensity is min. 20% lower than the GHG intensity of the Sub-Fund’s Benchmark. Min. 10% of Sub-Fund assets will be invested in Sustainable Investments. The minimum percentage of investments that are aligned with the EU Taxonomy is 0.01%. We manage this Sub-Fund in reference to a Benchmark. Sub- Fund's Benchmark plays a role for the Sub-Fund’s performance objectives and measures. We follow an active management approach with the aim to outperform the Benchmark. Although our deviation from the investment universe, weightings and risk characteristics of the Benchmark is likely to be material in our own discretion, the majority of the Sub-Fund's investments (excluding derivatives) may consist of components of the Benchmark. Benchmark: BLOOMBERG US Corporate Investment Grade Return (in USD). You may redeem shares of the Fund usually on each business day. We usually distribute the income of the Fund on a monthly basis.
