First Day of Dealings
Further to the announcement on 14 October 2020, the Company is pleased to announce that 100 million ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") will be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. today ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares will trade under the ticker: TEEC (ISIN: GB00BMCBZL07).
The total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company in issue immediately following Admission is 100,000,000 each with equal voting rights. This total voting rights figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
On Admission, the Investment Manager, principally via Perihelion One Limited (a company within the Triple Point Group), will hold 500,001 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.5 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue. All of the non-executive directors of the Company have subscribed for Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price, totalling 130,000 Ordinary Shares in aggregate.

The Company is a newly incorporated investment trust which will invest exclusively in a diversified portfolio of Energy Efficiency assets in the UK, which have a positive environmental impact and which facilitate the transition to a low carbon economy in accordance with the UK government's overall environmental targets. The Company's investments will focus on the core sectors of: low carbon heat distribution; social housing retrofit and industrial energy efficiency; and distributed generation.
The Investment Manager is Triple Point Investment Management LLP ("Triple Point") which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Triple Point manages private, institutional and public capital, and has a proven track record of investment in Energy Efficiency and decentralised energy generation projects. In 2018, Triple Point was appointed as the Delivery Partner to BEIS, a department of the UK government, to deliver the £320 million Heat Networks Investment Project ("HNIP").
The Company will be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 19 October 2020 and will be awarded the London Stock Exchange's Green Economy Mark from admission.
