under the £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme
Coventry Building Society announces the issue of £50,000,000 1.000% Senior Preferred Notes due 2025 (to be immediately fungible and form a consolidated series with the existing £300,000,000 1.000% Senior Preferred Notes due 2025) (the Notes) under its £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The Notes, which are rated A2 by Moody's Investors Services Limited and A- by Fitch Ratings Limited, have been listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The proceeds of the issue of Notes will be used for general corporate purposes.
