Launch of new Executive Search software product -
& product launch webinar
"Mapping the executive Internet"
Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software for recruiters, today announces the launch of the Talentis TalentGraph, an innovative and proprietary platform, and Talentis (https://www.talentis.global/recruitment-software/introducing-talentis/), its next generation executive search solution, which runs on the Talentis TalentGraph platform.
The Talentis TalentGraph takes advantage of big data and artificial intelligence technology to track publicly available world-wide information on executives and the organisations they work for. At launch, the Talentis TalentGraph contains detailed profiles of millions of individuals - including profiles associated with senior executives who may not be found on everyday social media platforms - and has the ability to recognise and interpret executive information across more than 1 billion distinct webpages.
The initial launch application for the Talentis TalentGraph will be the executive search sector, a niche in which the Group has extensive experience. The Talentis executive search software product uses the Talentis TalentGraph to reduce the administrative overhead associated with sourcing potential candidates for senior level positions.
The Board does not anticipate requiring additional funding for the ongoing development of Talentis and the Talentis TalentGraph.
Dillistone Group Chief Executive, Jason Starr, commented:
"In 2019, we took the decision to focus our R&D investment on long term growth, rather than shorter term feature chasing. Talentis and the Talentis TalentGraph are the first examples of this.
"The ethos of Talentis is 'the internet is your database'. Our utilisation of big data and artificial intelligence techniques allows our users to review context relevant information about potential candidates while surfing the web, all in a highly efficient and unique manner.
"These developments will provide immediate benefits to many of our existing Group clients and will provide the Group the opportunity to be far more competitive.
"We believe that our approach will be transformational in the executive search space, and - in the fullness of time - will offer real opportunities in broader markets."
