NLMK Board of Directors reviews nominations to NLMK governing bodies
At a meeting held on 5 March 2021, the Board of Directors of NLMK Group, a global steel company, proposed the shareholders to re-elect Grigory Fedorishin as NLMK President (CEO) (Chairman of the Management Board) at NLMK's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The following eleven candidates were put forward to be voted on at the AGM:

· Sergey Kravchenko
· Joachim Limberg
· Vladimir Lisin
· Marjan Oudeman
· Karen Sarkisov

The date of the AGM and its agenda will be approved by the Board of Directors and published at a later time.
Candidate's background
Jane Zavalishina is the President and Co-founder of Mechanica AI B.V. and a faculty member of Singularity University Benelux.
Throughout her career, Jane has always focused on applying innovative technologies to create new and transform traditional businesses. She joined Yandex in 2000 as its Chief Product Officer, later to take the position of CEO of Yandex.Money, an e-commerce payment service. In 2014 she took leadership of Yandex Data Factory, a new business unit focused on enterprise machine learning solutions. In 2018 she co-founded Dutch tech start-up Mechanica AI, a provider of AI-based solutions for the industrial sector.
Jane is a frequent speaker on topics related to data and AI strategy and applications at public events in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She is also a member of the Global Future Councils at World Economic Forum.
In 2016, Jane was named in Silicon Republic's Top 40 Women in Tech as an Inspiring Leader. In 2019, she was listed as one of Global Shakers' 30 STEM Women to Watch. She is recognized by Inspiring Fifty as one of the top 50 most inspirational women in the technology sector in the Netherlands in 2016, 2017 and 2019.
