Directorate Changes
Fletcher King plc (the "Company") announces the following changes to be made to the Board of Directors, effective from 1 May 2021:
David Fletcher, currently Executive Chairman of the Company, will become Non-Executive Chairman.
Richard Goode, currently Executive Director of the Company, will become Non-Executive Director.
David Fletcher commented as follows: "This is a continuation of the Company's move to the next generation, following the promotion of Paul Andrews to Managing Director in May 2020 and promotion of Peter Bailey to Finance Director in November 2019. These appointments have facilitated the smooth transition of board level responsibilities. We will both continue to support and assist the team during this transition and in particular consulting with our clients whenever required. This will involve attending their board meetings, as requested, and advising on their portfolios."
