NLMK Group publishes 2020 Annual Report
NLMK Group, a global steel company, has published its 2020 Annual Report on the UK National Storage Mechanism website.
The document will be available at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and published on the Company's website, at https://nlmk.com/en/ir/reporting-center/annual-reports/.
Information disclosed in the report is in line with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards for sustainability reporting. Most quantitative GRI indicators, including greenhouse gas emission data, have been verified by an independent auditor. In addition, SASB (US Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) industry recommendations, and TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) standards are being applied for the first time.
The 2020 Annual Report is included in the materials for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and will be submitted for its approval on April 29, 2021.
