Appointment of Director and Company Secretary
Following the Company's announcement on 15 March 2021 of Paul Stevenson's intention to step down from the Board, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Thomas as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary.
Ryan has previously worked at Eco-Bat Technologies as Finance Director of the European Division. Eco-Bat is one of the world's largest producers and recyclers of lead with operations in Europe, Africa & North America.
Ryan will join the Group on 24 May 2021 ahead of a short handover period with Paul who leaves the Group on 11 June 2021. Ryan will join the Board on 11 June 2021.

Ryan Thomas was a director of 08135583 Limited (formerly Health Child Care Limited) within twelve months of that company entering creditors' voluntary liquidation on 11 July 2017, with the company formally dissolved on 26 November 2018.
There are no further disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 or Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of Ryan Thomas.
