Result of AGM

ECSC (AIM: ECSC), the provider of cyber security services, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed on a poll.  The voting results from the AGM will be added to the Investors section of the Company's website in due course.

The Company also announces that it will be issuing a trading update in the first half of July 2021.
