Notice of AGM

The Company is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at LLC Pakrut, Bakhor village, Bakhor town, Vahdat City, the Republic of Tajikistan at 13:30 Dushanbe time (08:30 London time) on Thursday 23 December 2021, with a satellite meeting place at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RD.

The notice convening the AGM will be posted to shareholders tomorrow and will be available on the Company’s website (www.cnfgold.com) from that time.

The hard copies of the 2020 FY Financial Report have been posted to shareholders already and are available on the Company’s website (www.cnfgold.com).

Project Summary

The Pakrut gold project, of which CNG has 100 per cent ownership, is situated in Tajikistan approximately 120 km northeast of the capital city Dushanbe. Pakrut is located within the Tien Shan gold belt, which extends from Uzbekistan into Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Western China, and which hosts a number of multi-million ounce gold deposits.

CNG is currently in a steady state of production and full operation, making the Company a significant gold producer in Tajikistan.
