Directorate change:
Appointment of a Non-executive director and Committee Chair
Alumasc, the premium sustainable building products, systems and solutions group, announces the appointment of Karen McInerney to its Board as a Non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2022. Upon joining, Karen will chair Alumasc's Audit Committee and join the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
Karen McInerney is a qualified chartered accountant with 27 years' experience at Computacenter plc, where she currently leads financial operations as Group Financial Controller. Karen has a wealth of experience in accounting, financial reporting, acquisitions, as a pension Trustee, Tax and Treasury management, Audit Committee/governance matters, and is also a member of the Risk Committee at Computacenter plc.
