The Company was today informed that Philip Machray, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 28 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregated price of 42.85 pence per Ordinary Share on 10 December 2021.
Following this purchase, Mr. Machray is interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
