Announcement on Electricity Generation in 2021
The board of directors and all directors of China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. (the "Company") warrant that there are no false representations and misleading statements contained in, or material omissions from, this announcement, and severally and jointly accept the responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents of this announcement.
According to the preliminary statistics of the Company, the gross electricity generation of the Company's domestic cascade hydropower projects was approximately 208,322 GWh in 2021, representing a year-on-year decrease of 8.20%.
Among them, the Three Gorges Project generated 103,649 GWh of electricity, representing a year-on-year decrease of 7.29%; Gezhouba Project generated 19,256 GWh of electricity, representing a year-on-year increase of 3.71%; Xiluodu Project generated 55,355 GWh of electricity, representing a year-on-year decrease of 12.71%; and Xiangjiaba Project generated 30,063 GWh of electricity, representing a year-on-year decrease of 9.31%.
The electricity generation of each of the Company's domestic hydropower projects in 2021 is as follows:
