Lenta Announces the Holding of the Board of Directors Meeting
St. Petersburg, Russia, 17 February 2022: Lenta IPJSC (LSE: LNTA, MOEX: LNTA & LENT), one of the largest multi-format retail chains in Russia, today announces the holding of the Board of Directors meeting on 18 February 2022.
The agenda of the meeting includes, among others, the following items:
1. Performance review:
a. Financing update.
b. FY 2021 performance results, January 2022 performance results and Full Year 2022 forecast.
2. 2021 Financial Statements approval.
3. Approval of 2021 Annual Report.
4. Discussion of AGM preparations.
5. Approval of ESG KPIs.
6. Discussion on the realization of main directions of activity.
7. Report from Board Committees:
a. Chairman of Remuneration committee
b. Chairman of Nomination committee

d. Approval of reorganization of "Novy Impuls-50" LLC in the form of merger with LLC "Lenta"
