Notice of redemption to the holders of the SEK 2,500,000,000 Floating Rate Perpetual Restricted Tier 1 Contingent Convertible Notes (ISIN: XS1584996737; Common Code: 158499673) (the "Notes")
London, UK: 7 March 2022.
RSA Insurance Group Limited (formerly RSA Insurance Group plc, the "Issuer") hereby gives notice of redemption to the holders of the Notes.
Pursuant to Condition 8.6 (Redemption at the option of the Issuer) of the terms and conditions of the Notes (the "Conditions"), the Issuer is exercising its option to redeem all of the outstanding Notes on the First Call Date.
The Notes will be redeemed at their principal amount together with accrued and unpaid interest up to (but excluding) the First Call Date.
Terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Conditions.
