Jaywing plc, the UK agency specialising in data science, today confirms, further to the announcement of 2 November 2021, that Caroline Ackroyd has now stepped down as a Director and Chief Financial Officer.
The Company is pleased to announce that Ajay Handa is joining Jaywing as Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Chris Hughes, Finance Director, will become Company Secretary from 14 March 2022.
Andrew Fryatt, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "Caroline has played a key role in supporting Jaywing's recovery from the pandemic and its return to profitability, and we wish her all the best for the future. Ajay brings considerable experience in senior finance roles, both interim and permanent, across several industry sectors, and I look forward to working with him to continue Jaywing's growth."
