EN+ ANNOUNCES BOARD CHANGES
25 March 2022 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the "Company", "EN+" or the "Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG), the world's largest producer of low-carbon aluminium and independent hydropower, announces the following:
Christopher Bancroft Burnham, formerly the Company's Senior Independent Director and former Undersecretary-General of the United Nations, has been elected by the EN+ board of directors (the "Board") as Chairman of the Board.
Lord Barker has resigned from his roles as Executive Chairman of the Board and as a director with immediate effect and leaves the Group.
