1 April 2022 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the "Company", "EN+" or the "Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG), the world's largest producer of low-carbon aluminium and independent hydropower, announces the following:
Carl Hughes, who has served as an independent director of the Company since 28 January 2019 and as chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors of EN+ (the "Board") since 14 February 2019, resigned from the Board with effect from close of business on 31 March 2022.
