Announcement regarding the application for circulation of GDRs abroad
5 May 2022 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the "Company", "EN+" or the "Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG), announces that it has on 4 May 2022 applied to the Russian Government for a permit to continue the circulation of the Company's global depositary receipt ("GDRs") outside the Russian Federation (the "Permit"). This announcement comes further to the Company's announcement on 19 April 2022 regarding the Federal Law No. 114-FZ dated 16 April 2022 "On introduction of amendments to the Federal Law "On Joint-Stock Companies" and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation", which provisions in relation to termination of global depositary receipt programs by Russian issuers came into force in the Russian Federation on 27 April 2022.
The Company will notify the market once it receives a response from the Russian Government with regards to the Company's application for the Permit.
