Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market that as of 31 May 2022, S&U's issued share capital consists of 12,150,760 ordinary shares with voting rights.
There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. The Company has now issued all shares due to be issued for rewards under its matured LTIP2010 long-term incentive scheme. Shares issued under the new LTIP 2021 scheme are shadow share options. Therefore, there will be no further changes to issued share capital and voting rights under the LTIP2010 scheme or under the new LTIP2021 scheme.
The above figure (12,150,760) may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, S&Us under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
