tinyBuild, Inc
("tinyBuild" or the "Company")
Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Update to the Preliminary Unaudited Results
tinyBuild, a premium video games publisher and developer with global operations, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("Annual Report") is now available to view on the Company's website at: www.tinybuildinvestors.com.
During the final audit process, the Company made certain reclassifications on its consolidated balance sheet, which resulted in an increase of current payables ($9.3 million compared to $5.3 million unaudited) that was offset by an increase in other receivables ($13.5 million compared to $15.6 million unaudited) and a reduction in the deferred tax liability ($2.3 million compared to $4.3 million unaudited). There has been no impact on the Company's revenues, Adjusted EBITDA, operating profit and cash balances as previously reported and there is no change to the Company's market expectations for the current financial year.
The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled to be held at Memery Crystal, 165 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2DY at 4pm on Tuesday 12 July 2021. The Company will post the notice of AGM shortly, together with printed copies of the Annual Report.
