Completion of the acquisition of Vincent & Co Ltd ('Vincent & Co')
Kingswood Holdings Limited ("Kingswood") is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Vincent & Co.
Kingswood UK's client facing advisory team now stands at 90 people, with funds under advice / management of c.£7.0 billion and c.19,000 active clients.
Kingswood Group assets under administration ("AuA") totals c.£9.0 billion from a combination of both global retail and institutional clients, matching our ambition to grow globally as an international integrated full service wealth and investment manager.
Further to the announcement of 12 May 2022, Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the international, fully integrated wealth and investment management group, has now completed the purchase of Vincent & Co, a privately owned independent financial adviser firm based near Market Rasen in Lincolnshire, following receipt of regulatory approval.
During 2022 we will continue to focus on our acquisition activity. We have a strong pipeline of activity, with eight potential acquisitions in exclusive due diligence.
