Peel Hunt announces that it was informed on 17 June 2022 that Steven Fine, Chief Executive Officer and Sunil Dhall, Chief Financial & Operating Officer of the Company purchased 100,000 ordinary shares each of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on market at a price of 112 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Steven Fine holds 5,577,351 Ordinary Shares representing 4.54% of the Company's voting rights. Sunil Dhall holds 2,243,362 Ordinary Shares representing 1.83% of the Company's voting rights
