Approval as an Investment Trust
The Company is pleased to announce that it has received approval as an investment trust for the purposes of section 1158 of the CTA 2010, as amended, with effect from its accounting period commencing on 1 April 2022. The Directors intend at all times to conduct the affairs of the Company so as to enable it to qualify as an investment trust for the purposes of section 1158 of the CTA 2010 in respect of the accounting period ending 31 December 2022 and each accounting period thereafter.
