Appointment of new auditor
Mpac is pleased to announce that, following a competitive tender process, the Company will be appointing PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") as its new statutory auditor.
Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton") has resigned with effect from 23 June 2022. The Board would like to thank Grant Thornton for its services and significant support over the last 4 years.
As required by section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, Grant Thornton has deposited a statement with the Company that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation as auditor that should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.
The appointment of PKF as statutory auditor for the following financial year will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
