Result of AGM and Board change
ECSC (AIM: ECSC), the provider of cyber security services, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed on a poll. The voting results from the AGM will be added to the Investors section of the Company's website.
The Company also announces that it has received and accepted a letter of resignation from its Non-Executive Director, Elizabeth Gooch MBE, effective 30 June 2022. The Company will look to appoint a replacement independent Non-Executive Director as soon as practicable.
Commenting today, Non-Executive Chairman, David Mathewson said:
"The Board would like to thank Elizabeth for her contribution to the Company since joining as a Non-Executive Director in April 2018. We wish her well with her future endeavours."
The Company will be issuing a H1 trading update in the course of July 2022.
