RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a specialist provider of complex and integrated remote site services to Humanitarian, Governmental and Commercial organisations globally, has been notified by Philip Haydn-Slater, Non-Executive Director, that on 7 July 2022, he sold and then re-purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares were sold at 21.00 pence per Ordinary Shares and re-purchased at a price of 21.25 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale and Re-Purchase").
As a result of the Sale and Re-Purchase, Mr Haydn-Slater's beneficial interest in RA International remains unchanged at 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
