Virtual Cabinet wins top insolvency customer and re-launches Virtual Cabinet brand identity
GetBusy plc ("GetBusy", the "Company" or the "Group") (AIM: GETB), a leading provider of productivity software for professional and financial services, is pleased to announce a new customer win together with a strategic brand identity refresh of its Virtual Cabinet product.
Contract win
Virtual Cabinet has secured another top 10 UK accountancy firm in the cyclically buoyant insolvency sector. Virtual Cabinet's proven expertise and heritage in the insolvency sector, together with its deep integration with the sector's leading practice management application, makes its strong document workflow and powerful search capabilities a compelling proposition for restructuring advisers. The solution replaces an incumbent to deliver a more cohesive and intuitive user experience across the customer's other core operating systems.
The contract includes the deployment of Virtual Cabinet's cloud solution, powered through integration with the Group's Workiro technology. The combination of Virtual Cabinet's rich and proven capabilities and Workiro's state-of-the-art collaboration, communication and signature functionality enables customers to leverage integrations with core business systems, whether on-premise or in the cloud, delivering a single source of truth for professional practitioners from any device.
The contract is for an initial deployment of almost 100 users within the UK and will be implemented over H2 2022.
Strategic re-branding of Virtual Cabinet
To accompany the delivery of a new user interface and user insights capability, Virtual Cabinet will today re-launch its visual brand identity to align the product more clearly with the Company and Workiro, the technology which powers Virtual Cabinet Cloud.
Greg Clough, Head of IT for Insolvency and Regional Restructuring at Alvarez & Marsal, another Virtual Cabinet client, commented, "Virtual Cabinet has always impressed me with its ability to integrate with our core back-office software, but as we take advantage of cloud efficiencies it's both comforting and exciting to see Virtual Cabinet innovate with their new offerings in this space."
Daniel Rabie, CEO of GetBusy, commented, "We're excited to launch Virtual Cabinet's refreshed brand identity today, setting out a very clear direction for this market-leading product. Virtual Cabinet's cloud capabilities, powered by the Group's Workiro technology, creates a compelling solution for professional and financial services firms seeking to optimise productivity without compromising security. We're proud to have won another major player in the insolvency industry, validating the strength of the offering and the Group's continued investment in product development to underpin long term growth."
