Softline provides notice of its Annual General Meeting.
12 August 2022, London, UK - Softline Holding PLC [SFTL, US83407L2079] (Softline, Softline Group, the Group, or the Company), the Cyprus-registered global digital transformation and cyber security solutions and services provider today announces notice of its FY2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The meeting will be held at 11.00AM on 15 September 2022 at the Parklane hotel, 11 Giannou Kranidioti Street, Limassol, Cyprus, 4534. Softline welcomes any questions from shareholders on the AGM, or any other matters relating to the Company. These should be submitted to the Company Secretary by email to ir@softline.com by 11.00AM on 14 September 2022, or by letter addressed to the Company Secretary, Ionics Secretaries Ltd 20 Vasilissis Freiderikis, El Greco House 1st floor, Apt. 104, 1066, Nicosia, Cyprus. We ask that any shareholders intending to attend the AGM observe all relevant Government guidance in respect of COVID-19. In particular, shareholders should not attend if they are required to self-isolate or if they are experiencing the symptoms of COVID-19.
