Results of the meeting of the Board of directors of EN+ GROUP IPJSC
18 August 2022 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG) announces the results of the meeting of its board of directors (the "Board") held on 17 August 2022.
The Board has approved the Company's Consolidated Interim Condensed Financial Information for the 6 months ended 30 June 2022 prepared in accordance with IFRS.
The composition of the Board committees has been amended as set out below:
