Director's Share Transfer
MJ Hudson, the end-to-end solutions provider to the asset management industry, announces that Mr Odi Lahav, Chief Operating Officer, has transferred 150,000 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding to his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP"). Following this transfer, Odi's beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
