Keras Resources plc ('Keras' or 'the Company')

New Website and Corporate Presentation including Sales Forecast

Shareholder/Investor Event - 11am GMT 13.09.22

Keras Resources plc (AIM: KRS) announces that it has launched a new corporate website www.kerasplc.com and investor presentation, including sales forecasts from 1 September 2022 to June 2023, which can be viewed at the following link. http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/1873Z_1-2022-9-12.pdf

The new corporate website and investor presentation reflects Keras' continued focus on its cash generative, wholly owned, Diamond Creek Phosphate Mine in Utah, US as it increases its market share in the fast-growing US fertiliser market. It's Keras' vision to build Diamond Creek into the premier organic phosphate producer in the US.

As announced on 7 September 2022, an encouraging marketing campaign was undertaken in California, where a substantial percentage of Keras' phosphate product is already sold. This resulted in a material increase in committed sales. As a result, a sales guidance of between 7,500 tons and 8,000 tons of phosphate product is forecast from 1 September 2022 to June 2023 at an all-in sustaining cost (AISC) margin of between US$80 and US$100 per ton.

The Board of Keras look forward to presenting its new investor presentation and an overview of plans for the business, today at 11am GMT, at the offices of Memery Crystal, 165 Fleet Street, London, EC4A 2DY.

A live webcast will also be available for those unable to travel to the event, via the Investor Meet Company platform and will subsequently be available on demand. Investors can sign up to Investor Meet Company for free and add to meet KERAS RESOURCES PLC via the following link:
