Update on Annual Report
Suspension of shares
Goldplat plc, the AIM listed mining services company and gold producer, with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, announces that the annual audit is still in progress and the Company will not be in a position to publish its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022 ("FY22") by 31 December 2022, the deadline specified by AIM Rule 19.
Consequently, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 3 January 2023, pending publication of the FY22 annual audited accounts.
The Company expects to announce the FY22 results in line with market expectations and to publish the FY22 annual report and accounts on or around 20 January 2023. Further updates will be made as appropriate.
The AGM remains to be held on 30 December 2022 as announced on 6 December 2022.
