Arden Partners disposal update - Agreed completion date: 16 January 2023
On 16 November 2022, the Boards of Ince and Zeus Group Limited ("Zeus") announced that they had reached an agreement for Zeus to acquire the entire issued share capital of Ince's wholly owned subsidiary, Arden Partners plc ("Arden"), subject to certain conditions being satisfied (the "Disposal").
Further to the Company's announcement on 3 January 2023, both FCA and bank approval has now been received, and therefore the contractual conditions to the Disposal have been satisfied.
The Boards of Ince and Zeus are now delighted to announce that they have agreed a completion date and the Disposal is expected to complete on 16 January 2023.
A further announcement will be made once this has taken place.
