Notification of PDMR Transaction

 

Focusrite plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio products company, announces that a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) has completed the sale of part of their beneficial interest in the Company on 16 January 2023.

 

Tim Carroll, Chief Executive Officer, has sold 15,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 773.667 pence per Ordinary Share in line with his long-term financial planning. 

 

Following the transaction, Mr. Carroll will retain a holding of 92,718 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.156% of the current issued share capital. An amendment has been made to the RNS announcement number 8561M released on 16 January 2023 at 11:43:35. The following correction has been made to Tim Carroll's total shareholding in the third paragraph. The text now reads: "Following the transaction Mr. Carroll will have a beneficial holding of 107,718 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.182% of the current issued share capital".
