Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Conditions of the ETC Securities.
Further to the announcement made by the Issuer on 17 January 2023, relating to the delisting of the ETC Securities, the Issuer hereby requests that that the Financial Conduct Authority cancel the standard listing of the ETC Securities from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and that the London Stock Exchange delist the ETC Securities from trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 22 February 2023.
