Destiny Pharma plc (AIM: DEST) a clinical stage innovative biotechnology company focused on the development of novel medicines that can prevent life-threatening infections, announces that it was notified on 27 February 2023 that on that same day, Nick Rodgers, Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 33.94 pence.
Following the purchase, Mr. Rodgers' beneficial interest in the Company is 126,073 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
