Result of EGM
28 February 2023: Ncondezi Energy Limited ("Ncondezi" or the "Company") (AIM: NCCL) announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held today, the special resolution to approve the change of name to Solgenics Limited were duly passed on a poll.
Application will be made to the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission ("BVIFSC") to register the change of name. Such change will take effect upon receipt of the confirmation from the BVIFSC. A further update will be made at that time.
