Notification under Rule 5.6.1 Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules:
The Company's issued share capital at 1 March 2023 consisted of 67,196,552 ordinary shares of ten pence each with voting rights admitted to trading. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 67,196,552. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
