14 March 2023
The Ince Group plc
("Ince", the "Company" or the "Group")
Update on publication of annual report and interim results
Further to the announcement on 27 February 2023, the Board of Ince (AIM: INCE), an international, full service corporate and commercial law firm, provides an update on the publication of the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 and unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 (together, the "Results"). Unfortunately, the Group's auditor, BDO LLP, has not yet completed its work and in particular, there are matters outstanding with the audit in Hong Kong, which has taken longer than anticipated. A further announcement will be made as soon as possible once the audit is complete and the Results are available.
