Dianomi, a leading provider of native digital advertising services to premium clients in the Business, Finance and Lifestyle sectors, announces that Raphael Queisser and Cabell De Marcellus, both co-founders of Dianomi, are today stepping down from the Board and their roles as COO and CTO respectively with immediate effect.
Dianomi marks its 20th anniversary this year and Raphael and Cabell have been instrumental in supporting the business over the last two decades. They will continue to support the business as advisers to the CEO, Rupert Hodson. Both will remain significant and supportive shareholders. Their roles and responsibilities will be covered with existing internal resource and the Company does not anticipate appointing new directors into these roles at the current time.
Raphael Queisser, co-founder of Dianomi commented: "As a co-founder, I have been deeply invested in Dianomi's success from day one, and it has been an incredible journey to see it grow and thrive over the last 20 years. Cabell De Marcellus, co-founder of Dianomi added: "I am very proud to have been a co-founder and CTO of Dianomi. I look forward to working with Rupert and the team as we navigate the next chapter in Dianomi's development".
