PhosAgro Board of Directors Approves Changes to Bond Prospectus and Programme

Moscow – PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, announces that the Company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting today, approved changes to the prospectus and programme for its 4-06556-А-001Р-02Е series exchange-traded bonds.
