Result of AGM
LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces that at its annual general meeting ("AGM"), shareholders passed, on a poll, ordinary resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. In respect of special resolutions 6 and 7, resolution 7 was passed on a poll but resolution 6 was not passed.
The Company has consulted with its largest shareholder, representing approximately 24% of the Company's share capital, who is not willing to support the Company having a general power permitting the new issue of shares for cash, without pre-emptive offers to existing shareholders.
The result of the poll for resolution 6 was as follows:
