Residential Secure Income plc ("ReSI") (LSE: RESI), which invests in independent retirement living and shared ownership to deliver secure, inflation-linked returns, announces that, on Thursday 30 March 2023 Benjamin Fry, a Director of ReSI's Investment Manager, ReSI Capital Management Limited, sold and purchased the following number of ordinary shares in the Company, in order to transfer funds from one personal account to another.
