Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB) ("GetBusy" or the "Company"), a leading provider of productivity software for professional and financial services, announces that its notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was posted to shareholders earlier today. GetBusy's AGM will be held at the Company's offices at The Works, Unity Campus, Pampisford, Cambridgeshire, CB22 3FT at 11am BST on Friday 28 April 2023.
Attendees are asked to refer to the requirements for pre-notifying attendance detailed within the notice.
The Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 are available at www.getbusyplc.com/investor and are available for inspection by appointment at the Company's registered office or by e-mail at investors@getbusy.com.
