Zenova's sub-distributor ZenSafe Ltd places a first order for Amazon in the UK
Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED) is pleased to announce that via Zensafe Ltd (one of its sub-distributors in the UK) it has received a first order for the FX500 aerosol fire extinguisher for Zensafe's account with Amazon. Zensafe's order of 10,000 units (Amazon retail value of £30 per unit, totaling £300,000) will be supplied to Amazon via Zenova's logistics partner The Keswick Group and will be sold via Zensafe who are marketing the FX500 on its platform on Amazon. The first 500 units have been delivered and stocked into Amazon to commence sales.
Zenova - a provider of fire safety and heat management technology solutions to a wide range of users across the globe, is in production of the FX500 in Canada as well as the UK. The FX500 is now ready for both the retail and commercial markets, having significant performance capabilities of extinguishing all fire types at the simple push of a button even operating at -10 centigrade. In addition The FX500 has been tested to BS6165 standards which although not required from a regulatory perspective validates the effectiveness of the extinguisher.
The FX500 has testing validation and this is in line with Zenova's policy of obtaining third party independent testing for all of its products and where required by regulation certification of the performance of its products.
Commenting on the FX500, Tony Crawley, CEO of Zenova Group PLC, said: Following the production in the UK it is very encouraging that our sub-distributor has developed the platform on Amazon and is now selling our products via that channel. This follows successful third party testing to BS6165 confirming the FX500 extinguisher capabilities. We expect this to be the first of many orders as we experience demand for this product not just in the UK but around the world given its powerful properties extinguishing all types of fire. It is safe to deploy the FX500 in a kitchen environment where 75% of all residential fires start and will safely tackle oil fires amongst others as well as electrical fires.

About Zenova Group PLC:
The Group, through Zenova Ltd, is the holder of intellectual property that underpins a suite of fire safety and temperature management products and technology. The product range is applicable to industrial, commercial, and residential markets. The Group's solutions include fire retardant paints, insulating paints and render, fire extinguishing fluid and applications. Through innovative development, and a refined formulation and development process, Zenova provides industry leading solutions across a range of fire protection and temperature management problems, comprising:
A water-based fire-protection paint that prevents ignition and spread of fire. It can be used in commercial, industrial, and domestic applications on a variety of materials, from wood to metal.
Patent pending fire extinguisher filled with proprietary Zenova Fluid (Zenova FXB) that extinguishes all types of fires, reduces chances of re-ignition, works in cold (-15 ̊C) conditions, is non-toxic and does not produce harmful by-products.
A high-performance handheld fire extinguisher that is tested by independent experts and adheres to the highest industry standards. The fire extinguisher is safe to use on any type of fire, reduces the risk of reignition once the fire has been extinguished and has been tested to the BS 6165 standard. It boasts an efficient and compact design, allowing for it to be dispersed from any 360° orientation, which ensures that the Zenova FX500 is convenient to handle and simple to operate while providing the user with a highly effective and fast working fire extinguisher.
Thermal insulation paint that creates a thermal barrier, provides thermal reflection of sunrays and infrared radiation, anti-condensation, and anti-mould properties. It can be applied to virtually any exterior or interior material, regardless of the surface.
Thermal insulation render to enhance the effectiveness of insulation by creating a thermo shield. It fills all cavities and gaps regardless of geometric shape and creates a vacuum - the most effective insulator.
Zenova WB
A wildfire barrier fluid (applied via spray wands or aerial drops), which provides a virtual barrier where fire simply will not burn. Repeated tests on a variety of extremely dry wildfire fuels (grasses, hays, brush) demonstrates the incredible fire resistance Zenova WB provides, while remaining viable after application for 30+ days in dry conditions.
Patent pending next generation ceiling sprinkler filled with proprietary Zenova Fluid (Zenova FXB) that removes the need to install large fluid tanks, piping, complicated equipment, and software. This sprinkler could be installed in the kitchen.
The Group has achieved this without compromising the sustainability of natural and economical resources, including personal health and safety, with ecologically sound products.
