Interim Dividend Timetable Correction
The final dividend details stated in Focusrite's Half Year Results announcement, released at 7.00am on 25 April 2023 under RNS No 2959X, stated an incorrect Ex-Dividend Date.
The correct Ex-Dividend Date and Record Date for the interim dividend in respect of the 6 months to 28 February 2023 of 2.1 pence per share is 11 May 2023 and 12 May 2023, respectively. The dividend will be payable on 9 June 2023.
All other details remain unchanged.
